Ngai Lik has built up its business upon a strong foundation of quality products and superior services. Besides possessing the latest technologies, including PCB and PCBA designs, process designs, circuitry designs, packing protection designs, AI, SMT, software development, etc., Ngai Lik has a strong research and development (R&D) team, that is made up of more than 300 experienced and dedicated professional staff.
The Group's R&D department is divided into two major teams- electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. These two teams are further sub-divided into smaller teams for compliance with safety approvals, mock-up samples, central information library, materials approvals, etc. Each team and division are work closely with one another to ensure that product quality and customer satisfaction are always sustainable.
