Ngai Lik Industrial Holdings Limited Dedicated to

(May 22, 2005 - Hong Kong) - Ngai Lik Industrial Holdings Limited ("Ngai Lik" or "the Group"; stock code: 332), a leading player in the electronics manufacturing services industry, would like to hold an "Afternoon Tea Chit Chat" on May 28, 2005 (Saturday). It serves as a social gathering among the management, shareholders and investors, in efforts to take corporate governance to higher levels after recently being voted "The Best Managed Company (Small Cap) in Hong Kong" by Asiamoney's Annual Best Managed Companies & Corporate Governance Poll.

The gathering is open to retail individual shareholders and investors. The Group would like to take this opportunity to introduce the company history, management and products to the public. The management also like to establish a closer relationships with shareholders and investors. The gathering will further demonstrate Ngai Lik's commitment in promoting corporate governance and transparency to shareholders and investors.

Company's Background
Ngai Lik is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of a wide variety of home audio, digital and multimedia products mainly sold to the US and Europe. The Group has over 70 production lines in its first production plant located in Dongguan, and another 25 production lines at the Group's second production plant in Qingyuan. The Group has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1992.
